a survey to understand current practice
We are conducting a survey in order to explore current practices in Videofluoroscopy.

The survey will be live for 1 month, from 27th April until 23:59 on 27th May 2020.
We know your time is very valuable and you may receive many requests to participate in surveys. However, your knowledge of practices in Videofluoroscopy is invaluable so that we may better understand best practice. We appreciate the time you have taken out to complete the survey.
